Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to fill the role of Area Sales Manager & Corporate Manager. This position combines the responsibilities of an Area Sales Manager and Corporate Manager, requiring a versatile individual who can excel in both areas. The ideal candidate should possess a BBA/MBA degree and a minimum of 4-5 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement effective sales & corporate strategies to achieve sales targets, increase market share within the assigned geographic area and drive growth across multiple departments or business units.
2. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for business growth and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
3. Monitor and evaluate corporate performance metrics, financial data, and operational processes to identify areas of improvement and implement appropriate strategies.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners to maximize sales opportunities and customer satisfaction.
5. Collaborate with department heads and senior management to develop and implement cross-functional initiatives and policies that enhance overall corporate performance.
6. Conduct regular meetings and communication sessions to ensure effective coordination, collaboration, and information sharing among different departments and teams.
7. Analyze sales data, prepare sales reports, and present findings to senior management, highlighting areas of improvement and recommending corrective actions.
8. Manage key corporate projects and ensuring timely completion.
9. Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, emerging sales techniques to continuously improve sales effectiveness and efficiency, regulatory requirements, and best practices in corporate management to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Qualifications:
1. BBA/MBA degree or equivalent in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 4-5 years of experience, with a proven track record in sales and corporate management roles.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
4. Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
5. Sound knowledge of sales techniques, customer relationship management, and market dynamics.
6. Proficiency in excel is a plus.
7. Willingness to travel within the assigned area and occasionally for corporate meetings or events.
