Job Description

Khired Networks is looking for a Customer Service Representative, who has working experience of 1-2 years, can work independently, and has the ability to handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Prior experience as a customer service representative.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle Incoming chats, Emails, Calls from geographically diverse clients.
  • Ensuring a high level of customer service at all times.
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries. Ensuring customer inquiries are responded in a timely manner.
  • Ensuring all the quality guidelines are followed to achieve high levels of customer service.

Requirements:

  • Candidates with O/A' Level background will be preferred. 
  • Good Typing speed. (Minimum 50 WPM)
  • Ability to work in 24/7 Operations.

Job Timings are Evening and Night shifts. (1600 to 0000) & (0000 to 0800)
