Khired Networks is looking for a CRO (Control Room Operator) with excellent timekeeping skills and working experience in back-office management. It’s a UK-based project.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Interact with European clients, respond to their queries and facilitate them by providing the appropriate services.
- Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work
- Dealing with International clients.
- Communicate with both internal and external customers.
- Strong written/oral communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are required
Requirements:
- 6 Months to 1 year of relevant work experience
- Ability to work in 24/7 Operations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication are compulsory
- Good command of MS officer and Google Spreadsheets.
Job Shift: Rotating
Job Location: DHA Phase 6, Lahore
