We are looking for a Customer Service Representative, who has working experience, can work independently, and has the ability to handle multi task.
· Experience as a Customer Service Representative is must· Problem-solving attitude· Excellent communication skills· Aptitude for fostering positive relationships· Manage customer enquiries through to a satisfactory resolution· Teamwork and leadership skills· Customer-oriented mindset· Having the ability to work under pressure· Must be re-presentable· Must have 2 to 3 years’ experience in customer service representative.· Handling incoming chats, emails, calls from geographically diverse Clients.Candidacy Requirements:- Candidates with O/A' Level background preferred
- Excellent English comprehension and communication skills.
- Good Typing speed
- Answering phone calls, emails, and live chats
- Fluent Spoken English
- Communicating with customers
- Processing orders, applications, and requests.
- Maintaining records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
