A leading real estate and construction company is looking for professional supply chain manager.
Job Responsibilities :
- Estimate and establish cost parameters and budgets for purchases
- Create and maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers
- Make professional decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data
- Review and analyze all vendors/suppliers, supply, and price options
- Develop plans for purchasing equipment, services, and supplies
- Negotiate the best deal for pricing and supply contracts
- Ensure that the products and supplies are high quality
- Maintain and update a list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development
- Co-ordinate with project engineer regarding regular supplies on project site and make sure to provide timely without effecting site operations.
Required Skills And Experienced
- Candidate should have the ability to work independently. As a fast growing and dynamic company, the candidate needs to be able to work in a fast environment.
- Candidate needs to have excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Candidates with procurement experience in the local market are strongly preferred.
- Candidate should have good online research skills to assist in the sourcing of goods from different cities and countries.
- Preference is strongly given to candidates with supply chain management and budgeting/cost saving.
- Main Job Objective is to work with our Procurement Team
