To manage dealerships and ensure their operational readiness, productivity and profitability and build relationships with the Corporate entities to register and promote KIA Brand and products. This position reports to Regional Head.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify business opportunities by reaching prospective and existing clients.
  • Generate leads and build a network for opportunity referrals.
  • Build strong customer relationships in financial institutions and corporate entities to enlist KIA Products.
  • Conduct and interpret competitor analysis and market trends.
  • Supervise and monitor dealership upkeep as per Corporate Identity Standards.
  • Ensure that dealership staff is well trained on KIA Products, Sales and systems.
  • Assist the Regional Head and Dealerships in the hiring of Sales Staff by identifying potential candidates.
  • Prepare and report daily, weekly and monthly performance report to Regional Head.
  • Assure that the sales satisfaction index is met every month.
  • Advise on measures to improve sales performance and sales promotion activities for dealerships.
