- Introducing members to each other to help build a community
- Promptly organizing collaborative and fun activities that contribute to creating a closely-knit community
- Managing the experience of guests who attend the events on-site
- Ensuring Safety and Security of the premises
- Supervising administration and occupancy managers
- Ensuring that all amenities promised to members are being provided
- Keeping the facility up to the defined standards, both functionally and aesthetically
- Promptly resolving member complaints
- Identifying ways to improve member experience and communicating to management
- Ensure a high level of product knowledge at all times
- Projecting the right brand image during sales communication, visits and meetings with clients, visitors and guests
- Managing service-related crisis situations (Power, Internet Outage or Office Staff absence)
- Handling situation in case of other emergencies
