We are looking for a Network Support Engineer to maintain a reliable, secure, and efficient data communications network.
The ideal candidate will be able to deploy, configure, maintain, and monitor all active network equipment in order to ensure smooth network operation.
Please see the job responsibilities below:
- Troubleshooting network across locations.
- knowledge of Mikrotik Configurations & Unifi APs
- Coordinating with the vendors for the network hardware issues
- Network cabling & wiring, configuring and supporting network equipment including routers, proxy servers, switches, WAN accelerators, DNS and DHCP
- Procuring network equipment and managing vendors involved with network installation
- Configuring wireless Network Printers, Access Control Devices, CCTVs & other Network Devices.
- Maximizing network performance through ongoing monitoring and troubleshooting
- Performing network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hotfixes, and security configurations Any other tasks related to the said field
