• Managing all daily housekeeping and office maintenance matters including daily cleaning, office supplies management, printers, and internet routers
  • Carrying out both periodic and urgent office maintenance tasks
  • Maintaining water supply 
  • Managing and maintenance of power backup assets like UPS and generators
  • Responsible for safety and security of office including management of access control system
  • Staff roster management
