Responsibilities
● Building out a microservice based API platform that requires extensive research to be well implemented.
● Rate limiting
● Authentication
● API Documentation
● Versioning, Scalability and High Availability
● Developing new user-facing features using React.js
● Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
● Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code
● Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.
● Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server side logic
● Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code
● Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications
● Implementation of security and data protection
● Integration of data storage solutions.
Skills and Qualification:
● Bachelor's/ Master's degree in computer sciences from a reputable university. .
● Minimum 3-4 years of experience with Node-React JS.
● Proficiency in React JS-Node JS, Kubernetes, Web Security, Docker & Basic Devops, Websockets, AWS/GCP, Flow or Typescript.
● Working exposure to a second backend language and frameworks (eg. Ruby on Rails, Java, PHP, CSS, Python)
● Understanding of Agile methodologies
● Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
● Excellent team working, collaboration and networking skills.
