Job Description

  • Keeping front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material
  • Keeping an eye on housekeeping staff for keeping the premises clean and presentable all the time
  • Ensure timely and accurate customer service
  • Greeting and welcoming members as they enter the premises
  • Answering questions and addressing complaints
  • Answer all incoming calls and keep messages and response timely
  • Prepare outgoing mail and messages by drafting correspondence including scheduling and rescheduling of time of members
  • Preparing and sending invoices to members by mail, SMS or by handing invoices personally when members are in premises
  • Collection of the monthly fee from members by proper follow-up
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Keep updated records and files
  • Monitor office expenses and costs
  • Manage appointments for sales through social media and referrals etc
  • Making sales by explaining the procedures to prospected members who come after appointments
  • Managing social (Facebook, Instagram etc) by preparing and updating proper material
  • Ensure the company’s policies and security requirements are met
  • Take up other duties as assigned by reporting authority
  • Must have good communication skills (ppoken & written)
