Responsibilities:
- Promoting the expansion of business with the Current Clients.
- Ensures all Community Building Responsibilities are fulfilled timely by the team. This includes Scheduling of content, Posting, proofreading, Query Management, etc.
- To continue to monitor and review the processes and skills of the team ensuring the clients receive the best-in-class service.
- Ensures all monthly/budget reports, monthly/quarterly/annual plans.
- Obtains client approval by presenting final layouts to the client
- Following Agency policies and procedures and ensuring the same from the team.
- Being sufficiently informed and personally involved, ensuring sound planning, good service, and a solid agency relationship.
- Keeping management informed of the status of his group’s accounts, problems, plans, and meetings, as well as involving Management personnel at key times.
- Ensures the timely development and execution of plans, campaigns, and projects to assure goals are achieved.
