Junior Data Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Data Analyst to join our analytics team. The role involves collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and visualizing data to support business decisions. The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mindset, a good grasp of data tools, and a willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Gather, clean, and organize raw data from various internal and external sources.

· Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.

· Create dashboards and reports to support business and management decisions.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, sales, operations) to understand data needs.

· Assist in data quality assurance and ensure the accuracy and integrity of reports.

· Support the team in developing data-driven strategies and process improvements.

· Present findings through clear visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.

· 6 months to 1 year of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business analytics.

· Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with SQL, Python, or Power BI/Tableau.

· Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.

· Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.

· Strong communication skills and ability to present data findings clearly.

Preferred Skill:

· Experience with Google Analytics, CRM data, or data automation tools.Basic understanding of statistical methods or predictive analytics.

· Familiarity with data visualization and storytelling best practices.
