- Managing the food and beverage provision for flights
- Supervised catering and staff on flights.
- Menu planning in collaboration with chefs and airline management
- Organizing, leading and motivating the catering team

- Maintain stock levels and order new supplies as required.
- If you work in the front of catering work, you will be interacting with customers.
- Liaising with suppliers and clients.
- Negotiating contracts with customers, assessing their requirements, and ensuring they are satisfied with the service delivered (in contract catering).
- Monitor all administrative work (vehicle maintenance, repair & maintenance, catering premises, electricity work, and generator maintenance).
- To ensure the catering vans' log books are properly maintained.
- Keep Airline Store/Logistic Items (Catering Equipment, Dry Store, Water Juice & Beverages) in stock.
- Prepare and implement a catering loading plan for aircraft.
- Capable of managing airport passes for front staff.
- AVP/ADP and ASF Vehicles Passes Proceedings Procedures.
- To ensure that apron traffic rules and regulations are followed.
- Note: Any other task, duty, or description can be added, deleted, or amended as deemed necessary by the management.
