- Manage customer complaints and queries and resolve them in a timely manner
- Oversee stock levels and ordering supplies
- Maintain knowledge about existing products of the bakeries, cafe' and be informed about the new products
- Greet and assists customers entering/leaving the cafe/ bakery
- Should be well informed about the ingredients of the products and ensure that the sales staff is informed as well

- Manages wait list during peak revenue periods
