• Formulate quality policies and monitor the proper implementation of these policies through proper SOPs and checklists
  • Implement and sustain quality and product consistency.
  • Ensure the integrity and consistency of raw material.
  • Prepare and Maintain documentation of all the sections come under Quality Assurance department.
  • Implement complete production feedback program and regulate it.
  • Visit all the locations periodically and ensure sustained implementation of Quality policies through SOPs. 
  • Provide ongoing guidance, supervision, and vision to support comprehensive quality and food safety programs and ensuring continuity of business according customer and regulatory expectations.
  • Standardization of product recipe.
  • Assist and conduct chef training programs.
  • Communicate quality assurance related information with subordinate and guide them.
  • Supervise and lead quality control supervisors and coordinators.
  • Ensure implementation of the quality policy in the industry to satisfy the rules that apply with respect to HACCP and food safety.
  • Produce reports regarding nonconformance of products or processes, daily production quality, root cause analyses.
  • Analyze quality control test results and communicate quality control information to all relevant organizational departments, outside vendors, or contractors.
  • Oversee finished product microbiological program and environmental program including issue investigation and follow-up.
  • Conduct internal Quality audits.
  • Check and ensure the implementation of GMP and GHP.
  • Lead HACCP, Food Safety and Food Defense Teams.
  • Prepare HACCP plan for each product.
