- Cross verify the deep cleaning and maintenance status.
- Implement and cross verify personal hygiene and sanitary practices according to the set SOP’s.
- Will ensure proper washing and sanitization of raw material.
- Ensure proper stacking and tagging of material stored in cold rooms.
- Ensure proper FIFO implementation.
- To maintain strict compliance as per food safety and quality standards against the developed SOP’s.
- Participates in special projects to support the department's goals.
- Completes other duties as assigned.
