Job Description

  •  Cross verify the deep cleaning and maintenance status.
  • Implement and cross verify personal hygiene and sanitary practices according to the set SOP’s.
  • Will ensure proper washing and sanitization of raw material.
  • Ensure proper stacking and tagging of material stored in cold rooms.
  •  Ensure proper FIFO implementation.
  • To maintain strict compliance as per food safety and quality standards against the developed SOP’s.
  • Participates in special projects to support the department's goals.
  • Completes other duties as assigned.
