- Coordinate order processing, delivery and returns of customers’ orders across eCommerce platforms & marketplaces (Website and Daraz)
- Fulfillment and packing of daily orders
- Handle returns and exchanges
- Verify order transactions
- Generate expenses reports
- Response to customer inquiries
- Manage service quality and customer satisfaction
- Ensure orders pick up/ deliver on time
- Monitor & manage inventory level to ensure healthy stock levels to meet sales forecast
- Manage product listings and promotions and ensure all information are accurate on the platforms
- Contribute to the execution of marketing campaigns
- Assist to attend walk-in customers
- must have experience of Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of adobe premier and Photoshop will be plus point
