Key Performance Objectives & Deliverables:
- Develop sales strategy and execution plans for identifying and building relationships with new customers, promoting Kitchen Studio services, identifying and winning new project opportunities with those customers.
- Establish and maintain positive working relationships with existing clients to promote the brand and continue to earn repeat business
- Collaborate with Director Sales to develop and implement effective growth strategies and processes.
- Timely and accurate input of sales opportunities and activities into a self-develop CRM to ensure it remains up to date and accurate.
- Focus on immediate needs while also not losing sight of long-term strategies.
- Create positive work environment by continuously communicating and resolving issues.
Work Experience/Education/Training:
- Minimum of (3) years of sales/marketing experience.
- Preferred Sales, experience in mechanical, engineering, or steel fabrication/ erection.
- Experience in working/dealings with the Pharma/ Food Processing Sector/Architects/ Consultants and HVAC Industry.
- Education background in Sales & Marketing. Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
