Job Description

UK based company is looking for an Accounts Assistant to join the team in Islamabad office, Sector E11.

As a successful applicant you will be responsible for the following:

Job Description

  • Reconcile and post customer receipts (cash, bank and credit card   transactions) against the sales invoices
  • Raise sales invoices & credit notes
  • Assist in credit control
  • Maintaining the sales ledger
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Liaise with third party providers, clients and suppliers
  • Post month-end / weekly journals
  • Maintain Fixed Assets Register
  • Basic administration
  • Updating and maintaining procedural documentation

Person Specification

 The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience

  • Part Qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACMA, CA)
  • Fluent in English language
  • At least 3 years’ experience in the similar role
  • Strong knowledge of double entry
  • Experience of NetSuite
  • Attention to detail
  • High level of accuracy
