1. Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E): Developing and implementing M&E systems to track project progress, measure impact, and ensure accountability.
  2. Data Collection and Analysis Collecting data on project activities, analyzing data to identify trends and patterns, and producing reports to inform decision-making.
  3. Compliance: Ensuring that project activities comply with KnK policies, as well as national and international laws and regulations.
  4. Stakeholder Engagement: Engaging with stakeholders, including project beneficiaries, partner organizations, and local communities, to collect feedback and ensure project effectiveness.
  5. Reporting Preparing reports on project progress, including monitoring and evaluation reports, and submitting regular updates to the KnK management team.
  6. Capacity Building: Providing training and technical support to project staff, partner organizations, and other stakeholders to enhance their understanding of M&E systems and processes.
  7. Quality Assurance Ensuring the quality and accuracy of data collected and maintaining data management systems.
  8. Risk Management Identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies to address them.
  9. Learning and Knowledge Management: Ensuring that lessons learned from project implementation are captured and disseminated to inform future program design and implementation.
  10. Continuous Improvement Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in M&E systems and processes, including enhancing data collection methods, streamlining reporting procedures, and optimizing data analysis techniques.
