Primary responsibilities of this role are to:

•      Develop in-depth understanding of Company`s product

•      Ensure targets for deployment of Knowledge Platform`s blended learning solution are met

•      Promote the company’s product by addressing or predicting clients’ objectives

•      Provide feedback and support after solution deployment

•      Provide trainings and conduct learning workshops/boot camps

•      Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

•      Devise and present ideas and strategies to improve the Business Development processes

•      Planning and oversee new business development initiatives

•      Create reports and plans for the prospective clients

Required Experience and Skills:

•      01 – 3 years of experience

•      Experience in marketing and sales will be a plus

•      Experience in customer support is a plus

•      Strong business development skills required

•      Interest/Experience in teaching will be preferred

•      Strong communication and IT fluency

•      Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills

•      Pro-active, self-starting work approach and must be a team player

•      Detail oriented, organized and able to multi-task

•      Takes initiative and able to work under pressure
