Knox Solar Pvt Ltd seeks a skilled Accounts Executive (ACCA) to join our finance team. Responsibilities
- Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting activities to assist senior management in financial planning and decision-making processes.
- Utilize SAP Financial Reporting and SAP BPC systems to input, analyze, and report financial data effectively.
- Manage and supervise a team of five accounting staff, providing direction, training, and performance feedback to maintain high-quality outputs.
- Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner according to company policies and regulatory frameworks.
- Coordinate month-end and year-end closing activities, liaising with auditors and other stakeholders as required.
- Monitor financial controls and implement improvements to streamline accounting processes and reduce risks.
- Support audit processes by preparing necessary documentation and responding to audit inquiries promptly.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary financial information and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting principles, company policies, and industry best practices to recommend policy enhancements.
