Knox Solar Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Store Keeper with at least 2 years of experience in inventory and stock management. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing warehouse operations and maintaining accurate stock levels to support the companys supply chain and production needs. This role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure efficient inventory control and stock handling.
The Store Keeper will manage a team of 5 persons, coordinating daily activities to maintain smooth warehouse operations. The candidate will be instrumental in implementing inventory management best practices while ensuring compliance with company policies, safety guidelines, and quality standards. Effective team management and communication skills are essential to lead a productive and reliable storekeeping team.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise daily warehouse and stock operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, perform regular stock audits, and reconcile discrepancies promptly.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to receive, store, and distribute materials correctly.
- Implement and enforce inventory control procedures to minimize stock losses and ensure proper stock rotation.
- Lead and train the storekeeping team of 5 staff members, ensuring adherence to company policies and safety regulations.
- Monitor stock levels regularly to forecast replenishment needs and avoid stockouts or overstocking.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse to promote a safe and productive work environment.
- Prepare and generate reports on inventory status, stock movements, and warehouse activities as required.
- Use inventory management systems efficiently to track stock movements and maintain data integrity.
- Collaborate with other departments to support production schedules and timely deliveries.
