- Assist clients in resolving issues and complaints concerning purchased products or services.

- Liaise with other sales departmental heads to discuss aftersales issues and provide best services to enhancing sales performance.
- Coordinate the customer service operation to ensure clients are tended appropriately.
- Oversee all post-sales services provided to clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Established service centers to provide best aftersales services
- Weekly report checking service centers
- Executive best action plan as per market needs
- Weekly review of service centers performance
- Weekly review of all activities regarding services results and quality issues reports
- Support products installation and provide guideline
