KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Verification of Purchase Order
- Reimbursement of Utility & Fuel bills
- Cash Reconciliation on daily basis
- Responsible for cash handling including bank deposits and withdrawals
- Review budget report with Branch Manager
- Reporting with Head Office
- Follow-up with Sale Executives for Account Reconciliation on monthly basis
- Bank Reconciliation
- Petty Cash management
- Any other responsibility assigned by Head Office
