Job Description
Our company required Professional personnel with experience in sales & marketing.
Candidates with Graduation degree. (Home Appliances industry experience background will be preferred)

Key Responsibilities:
- To a key role in the development of the business.
- Responsible for the establishment and maintenance of current clients and potential client relationships
- Ensure that all the clients are updated and communicated about the company’s policies and procedures
- Responsible for the achievement of sales targets and exploring new markets / clients for increasing sales and growth of the company
- Manage the assigned areas
- To identify poor performing dealers/customers
- To achieve volume targets
- To explore and expand networks
- To monitor the performance of brands / area/ dealers.
- To take maximum advantage of all sales opportunities in his area.
- To ensure avoid bad debts.
- To promptly attend to all sales problems in his area either taking action within the scope of his authority or by referring the problem to RSM with his recommendation.
- To ensure that required sales documents are maintained and kept up to date all times.
- To follow and regularizes sales policies.
- Higher attention is required on poor performance of area/sales personnel & dealers for improvement.
- To ensure that all reports & returns concerning area is submitted to RSM as per schedule.
- Regular follow up and monitoring the recoveries.
Experience in the field of Electronics / Home Appliances will be preferred
