Responsible for repairs, upkeep and maintenance of Mosque, School, Mess, Canteen and Accommodation facilities i.e., Colonies, Guest Houses, Hostels and apartments etc.
Supervise all maintenance jobs and developement works in both plant and colonies.
Supervise purchases for colonies after necessary approval at factory and maintain a stock register of the same.
To maintain stock register of the company assets in colonies and fulfill upcoming requirements as per policy.
To ensure hygiene, cleanliness, repairs, maintenance and good quality of food at mess and canteen.
Horticulture development and estate management.
