- Look after general administration discipline, hygiene, housekeeping, building repairs etc.
- Maintain residences at colony for officers and workers, in good condition.
- Supervise company Canteen, Mess & Dhaba matters in order to ensure quality food for employees.
- Arrangements of air tickets & hotel booking arrangements for all official visits ( for employees & guests)
- Monitor gate office / Weigh Bridge activities.
- Monitor repair / maintenance of pool vehicle & keep record as well.
- Coordinate with HOD in order to establish liaison with relevant Govt. authorities.
- Maintain the record of pending & completed work orders of colony & Mill area.
- Assist in preparation of regularly scheduled reports / presentations (Culture Committee, MRM etc.)
- Coordinate all departmental audits as per requirement.
