- Communication with customer to get detailed specs/protocols and follow up for Contracts. Development, PO and bulk production of customer orders.
- Record Keeping of customer information/specs/designs and development/contracts & PO's in soft and hard files.
- Cross functional communication for circulating customer requirements on day to day basis and follow up for timely execution of development/Greige & Accessories procurement/processing/folding and cut to pack till final shipment as well as invoicing/payments and commissions.
- Resolving conflicts if any during development/processing/production of samples and bulk production.
- Follow up with customers for release of payment against shipment.
- Orders follow up with daily status and feedback to customer.
