• Drafting/ revamping of HR policies as per organizational requirements
  • Designing of organizational strength charts  & updating organograms accordingly
  • Designing & deployment of capability/competency model for various management positions
  • Designing & deployment of an effective Succession Planning Process
  • Monitor, manage & forecast OD / T&D Budget
  • Manage the internal organization cultural diagnostics & necessary initiatives for improvements
  • Review/revamp job analysis, regularly update JD's of all employees relevant to their goals and objectives for the year & create JD's in consultation with line managers for new positions
  • Devise new initiatives to engage employees and increase motivation
  • Continuous analysis of reward and recognition schemes for employees to develop motivation
  • Manage HR communications within the organization and develop semiannual HR magazine/newsletter
  • Participate in public events / recruitment drives / workshops / forums to develop KTML's employer brand and increase its reputation
  • Planning & organizing cultural/ official events as and when required
  • Optimization and enhancement of HRIS features for better information management and analysis of HR metrics for decision making
  • To suggest and plan employee’s facilitation and welfare program
  • Conducting internal audit of HR processes, procedures and practices
  • Industrial surveys/ research to setup benchmarks on latest trends
  • Supervision of Child care center / facility
