Job Description

  • Monitor and supervise all personnel activities of time office and generation of all relevant reports
  • Update payroll data in HRIS System regarding different types of deduction as per SOP
  • Deal with all matter of employees regarding EFU Life and Allianz EFU Health Insurance in
  • coordination with Manager HR & Admin
  • Arrange events and recreational activities to keep up the motivation level of all employees
  • Keeping track of employee confirmations, retirement, contract renewal and do initiate intimation letter as per procedure
  • Monitoring & supervision of CCTV operations.
  • Monitoring & supervision of Gate Office activities
  • Monitoring & supervision of weigh Bridge Operations
