- Responsible for addition and deletion of Medical Card of PESSI
- Preparation of declaration form for SS monthly contribution & education CESS
- Preparation of accident report occurred inside premises
- Complete and forward the Hajj applications through PESSI
- Renewal of all medical cards every year from PESSI
- Responsible for preparing documents of employees i.e. Pension/Grant/widow and transfer cases
- Responsible for registration of new employee with EOBI, correction and distribution of PI-03 cards
- Responsible to process and forward talent scholarship form of employees and their children
- Responsible to process death grants and marriage claims
- Process Hajj application through worker welfare Board
- Responsible for processing admission of employees children in worker welfare school
- Prepare & submit full & final settlement of death cases in the office of commissioner workmen compensation
- Responsible to assist HOD, IRO in legal cases, general correspondence with PESSI, EOBI and other department
