Job Description

    • Responsible for addition and deletion of Medical Card of PESSI
    • Preparation of declaration form for SS monthly contribution  & education CESS
    • Preparation of accident report occurred inside premises
    • Complete and forward the Hajj applications through PESSI
    • Renewal of all medical cards every year from PESSI
    • Responsible for preparing documents of employees i.e. Pension/Grant/widow and transfer cases
    • Responsible for registration of new employee with EOBI, correction and distribution of PI-03 cards
    • Responsible to process and forward talent scholarship form of employees and their children
    • Responsible to process death grants and marriage claims
    • Process Hajj application through worker welfare Board
    • Responsible for processing admission of employees children in worker welfare school
    • Prepare & submit full & final settlement of death cases in the office of commissioner workmen compensation
    • Responsible to assist HOD, IRO in legal cases, general correspondence with PESSI, EOBI and other department
