Your responsibilities will include:
Design Excellence: Create innovative and functional architectural designs that meet the needs and preferences of our clients while adhering to local building codes and regulations.
Project Management: Lead and manage architectural projects from concept to construction, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, interior designers, and construction managers, to ensure a coordinated approach to project delivery.
Client Engagement: Maintain strong communication with clients to understand their requirements, present design proposals, and address feedback effectively.
Sustainability: Integrate sustainable design principles into architectural plans, promoting eco-friendly and energy-efficient solutions.
Quality Assurance: Oversee the implementation of architectural designs on-site to ensure they meet the highest quality standards.
