Kohistan Builders & Developers is looking for a knowledgeable Art Director, who will be able to lead a team of artistic people and coordinate resources in an effort to create a unique ad campaign with the target audience in mind particularly for the Real Estate portfolio . Should be punctual, perceptive, and detail-oriented with a great mind for developing and realizing the vision of the campaign. As a Graphic Designer, He is well versed in Digital + Print media, Brand Visual Identity System, Logo Design, Icon Design, Color System, Brand Strategy, Brand Positioning, Compositing, Key Visual Design, Creative Thinking, Design Research, Social media design, Google Display Network Ads (GDN) and Universal Ad Campaign, GIFs, etc.
- Determine how best to represent a concept visually
- Determine which photographs, art, or other design elements to use
- Develop the overall look or style of a publication, an advertising campaign for the company.
- Review and approve designs, artwork, photography, and graphics developed by other staff members
- Develop detailed budgets and timelines
- Produces art layouts by developing art concepts and providing work direction to staff.
- Produces layouts for printing by marking-up, pasting-up, and finishing layouts.
- Obtains client approval by presenting final layouts, storyboards, and illustrations; and responds to client commentary and requests.
- Improves quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, and participating in professional organizations.
- Enhances art department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.
- Conducting research to better understand brand objectives, target markets, and industry trends.
- Establishing budgets and timelines and delivering the finished campaign within those parameters.
