- Setting up of computer LAN for a new outlet while providing solutions to IT matters concurrently.
- Installation and configuration of windows server (DC , ADC and Remote Setup).
- AP and router configuration.
- Upgrading, installing, and configuring new hardware and software to meet company objectives.
- Installing windows, software, and drivers on laptop and desktop.
- Offer daily operations and systems support to personnel
- Verify functionality of hardware and software components
- Conduct consistent network backup operations
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
- Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades
- Setting up accounts for staff, educate them on log in and resolve issues arising
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in person, remotely and via phone
- Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults
- Repairing equipment and replacing parts, checking computer equipment for electrical safety
- Maintaining records of software licenses
- Create and remove users from biometric machines and replaces the batteries.
- Serving as the first point of contact for IT support within the organization
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware issues
- Repairing and replacing damaged computer and network components
- Supporting people whenever they encounter challenges with computers and network devices
- Maintaining and updating technical documentation regularly
- Testing new hardware and software before full-scale installation
- IP CCTV security system installation, setup, and repair.
- Cat5, 5e, 6 structured cable system installation, termination, and testing.
- Multiple and associated hardware (workstations, routers, switches) installation and setup.
- VOM/Clamp Current meter usage
