Kohistan Group is looking for an energetic candidate to fill in the position of property sales officer. Selected candidate will be responsible to look after sales and business development of our ongoing project
Major job responsibilities include:
What we are looking for!
- Provide guidance and assist to buyers in marketing/purchasing property.
- Cold calling
- Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities in order to propose solutions that suit them
- Consult clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements and related matters
- Develop networks within other real estate agents and clients
- Promote sales
- Remain knowledgeable about major real estate clients and best practices
- Maintaining sales records
- Reporting to senior authority on daily basis regarding progress of sales
- Daily updates to reporting authority regarding achievement of monthly targets
- Candidate with 2 years of experience in real estate marketing
- Minimum education bachelors
- Confident and presentable individual with strong communication skills
Job Location: Islamabad
Salary package: 30k-45k (including all benefits), commissions on sales will be paid separately
