Kohistan group is looking for a candidate to fill in the position of Store In charge for one of its ongoing projects based in Rawalpindi.
Job Duties:
- To maintain the record of material receipts, issuance and stock.
- To generate PRs (Purchase Requisitions), prepare GRNs (Good Receive Notes).
- Responsible for the staking, coding and binning of main store material and maintain its record.
- Responsible for all kind of documentation related to the department, approvals and maintain the record.
- Examine the levels of inventory to determine the shortage and raise the demands to maintain the stock levels as per requirements.
- To keep close coordination with procurement for the purchase of required material.
- To processes the return of defective items.
- Receives store deliveries, maintain and update the records and report the variances (if any)
Job Requirements:
· 2 years or above experience of working in store department mainly with construction industry
· Candidate with matriculation certificate or above can apply.
