Job Description:

  • Identify the target audience and grow our email list
  • Work closely with the sales organization to optimize the bi-directional flow of leads and contact data through the CRM platform – Pardot and Salesforce
  • A/B test email templates.
  • Ensure prompt and accurate communication with clients via email to minimize unsubscribes
  • Manage and develop our lead scoring processes to ensure quality management and enable the sales team
  • Create and manage email databases for lead generation and customer engagement
  • Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements
  • Report on sales revenue generated from email marketing influence
  • Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices.
  • Familiarity with Hubspot, Zoho, and Insightly.
