· Providing Technical assistance to production, maintenance and/or R&D departments where required.
· Review production schedules, evaluate existing production target and fix new target based on maximum production capacity
· Engage in supply chain management to minimize WIP throughout the assembly line
· Development and Data analysis of monthly/yearly trends
· Implement lean manufacturing tools and specifications throughout the company.
· Time study of various sections and different products and updating time study database on a constant basis.
· Figure out how to manufacture parts or products with maximum efficiency
· Research on motion study and implementation to eliminate waste processes.
· Extend section wise capacity measurement throughout the various sections including process hall, jig section, press shop, assembly and paint sections.
· Enact quality control procedures to resolve production problems or minimize costs
· Designing systems for moving heavy parts within manufacturing plants making manual processes more productive.
