- Manage and update the planning system/dispatch table of Field Service Engineers (FSEs).
- Manage logistics planning, job relevant documentation, project briefs and manning requirement of FSEs in coordination with project management.
- Service coordination with the Regional & Central Project Coordinators.
- Maintain weekly and monthly reports, KPIs keeping close coordination with project management and head of department in achieving the targets.
- Weekly coordination with regional dispatchers, sharing the available slots of KPK standby FSEs and assist for shortfalls in manning requirements for various projects in region.
- Regional coordination for training needs and assist KPK training manager in planning.
- Control of time sheets, site reports, necessary back-ups and storage.
- Ensuring timely submission of timesheets to relevant department and maintain interdepartmental coordination.
- Handle communications with FSEs and coordinate with relevant persons / department.
