Tasks & Responsibilities:
- To install and commission individual machines of the Krones product portfolio depending on the technical specialization of the individual (e.g.,labeling technology) within the scheduled timelines
- To perform Assessments, Overhauling/maintenance, Retrofits/ upgrades etc.
- To perform troubleshooting on the Krones range of individual machines
- To submit timely complete service reports, timesheets, expense claims as per defined protocols
- To actively assist when it comes to design changes/improvements in collaboration with the technical experts
- To support the improvement of quality to company wide quality standards
- To work independently and autonomously within the working environment
- To identify and analyze disorders; to rectify independently and autonomously; to actively participate in problem solving
- To encourage measures regarding process/procedure optimization; to advise and implement; to permanently seek optimization
- To follow the safety and hygienic regulations at customer site
- To train new colleagues on site
Skill Requirement:
- Strong knowledge of troubleshooting (problem solving techniques) machines/equipment and responding to customers’ concerns
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Must be able to work both individually and in an established team setting
- Intermediate level of English - Report writing, email writing etc.
- Willing to travel inside and outside the country
