KRT Traders is seeking diligent and skilled individuals for immediate hiring in their steel wool manufacturing factory located in Lahore. The company requires two Machine Operators (Artisans) responsible for running, setting up, and managing the production machines. Additionally, there is an urgent requirement for five Helpers who will support the artisans and assist with various factory tasks. Responsibilities
- Operate and control steel wool manufacturing machines with precision and attention to detail.
- Set up production machines according to specified requirements to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
- Monitor machine performance and perform necessary adjustments to maintain product quality and output consistency.
- Assist in daily maintenance tasks to keep the machines in optimal working condition.
- Support the production team by managing workflow and handling materials as required.
- Collaborate with factory staff to uphold safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
- Help artisans by performing manual tasks, loading and unloading materials, and cleaning equipment and workspace.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or production issues to supervisors for timely resolution.
- Ensure quality control standards are met through diligent observation and adherence to manufacturing guidelines.
- Contribute to meeting production targets by maintaining focus and efficiency during shifts.
