ii. Protecting data, software, and hardware by coordinating, planning and implementing network security measures.
iii. Troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software,and other network and system problems.
iv. Replacing faulty network hardware components when required.
v. Maintaining, confguring, and monitoring virus protection soft-ware and email applications.
vi. Monitoring network performance to determine if adjustmentsneed to be made.
vii. Conferring with network users about solving existing systemproblems.
viii. Operating master consoles to monitor the performance of net-works and computer systems.
ix. Coordinating computer network access and use.
x. Designing, confguring and testing networking software, com-puter hardware, and operating system software.
xii. To assist the Development Manager in the planning of overallcompany strategy
xiii. To monitor internal systems technical performanceiv.Setup PBX siysitem (Cisico IP ptonesi) witt CRM siysitem
xiv. Confgure, test, and maintain Virtual infrastructure environment.
xv. Provide Infrastructure services in all areas needed: storage net-working, Operating System, server virtualization, system backupand restore, system and network monitoring, application installation and confguration.
