Business Development Manager - Real Estate

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and developing strategies to grow our real estate marketing business.

Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the real estate marketing industry.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and industry professionals.
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business growth objectives.
Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed of industry trends and opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Negotiate and close deals with clients and partners.
Monitor and report on business performance metrics, and provide regular updates to senior management.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
Proven track record of successfully identifying and closing business deals.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to think strategically, and develop and implement effective business plans.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
