1. Contact SMBs in the US that are generating a significant amount of traffic on their website using the following mediums: cold calling, email blasts, closing inbound leads and social media.
2. Engage decision makers and explain how our service works in detail and how it will add value to their business.
3. Create and maintain a sales pipeline by being persistent and actively following up with potential prospects.
4. Identify new industries in which live chat can be implemented.
5. Create effective sales templates to be used for email blast campaigns. Do A/B tests to compare results.
6. Maintain activity in the CRM.
