- One of leading multinational agency is looking for highly qualified, competent and experienced candidates for the following vacant position to ultimately book and maintain a touring schedule that is both profitable AND manageable.
- This will involve handling various day-to-day business tasks, such as:
- EMAILS (answer venues' inquiries, confirm upcoming shows, etc)
- Concert tour scheduling/routing -maintain contact database (Excel) -CALLS (generate leads, book concerts, etc)
- Maintain online event calendar
- PAPERWORK (invoices, contracts, itineraries, etc forms)
- Internet research (research new venues, etc)
Requirement:
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership abilities.
- Excellent Email management / marketing
- Excellent ability to multi-task.
- Excellent ability to maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
- Able to adapt to constantly changing needs and deadlines.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Strong ability to think critically and problem solve.
- Strong ability to think creatively.
- Ability to put together an effective, comprehensive, and multi-channeled marketing campaign.
- Understanding of major social media platforms.
- Understanding of Search Engine Optimization and Google’s best practices.
- Proficiency with MS office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Graphic designing, video editing & wordpress will be a bonus
Qualifications:
- BS/ BA / MBA in Marketing or a related field of study.
- 3 years of Marketing experience preferred
Location: Lahore & Remotely
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience
