KSM Media Hut is looking for a Senior Graphics Designer / Video Animator to join our global marketing team. A hands-on, inspiring creative who’s passionate about graphic design, video editing and animation, you love working with a team that owns and supports all facets of the global organization.
You'll help the marketing department in creating content for marketing campaigns and social media. You'll concept, storyboard, animate, and edit video assets for campaigns, social media, case studies, employee resource groups, and more. You will work on branding, social media designs, video animation and edit videos produced on green screen. You’ll help us grow our video and motion design capabilities by developing templates and leading knowledge sharing activities.
What You’ll Bring
- A portfolio of motion graphics design demonstrating breadth, creativity, process, and innovation
- Fluency in current motion graphic design products and practices, such as Adobe Creative Suite, compositors, digital editing and 3D
- A portfolio of motion graphics design demonstrating scope, creativity, process, and new ideas
- Working knowledge of 2D/3D graphics and motion principles and design standards
- Adept at managing multiple projects at once and prioritizing
- Ability to communicate effectively and proactively with team members and clients
- A sense of humor and fun sensibility combined with a professional character and the ability to represent the company
What You'll Need
- 3+ years of experience with graphic designing, video editing/animation & 3D modeling
- 3+ years of proficiency in Adobe Suite, 3D modeling software
- Experience using motion design and editing software (After Effects, Premiere, Cinema 4D, but also Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Ability to edit videos produced on green screen
- Create graphical posts for digital marketing (Social media, Google Campaigns, Website)
- Conceptualize and present ideas as per the brief
- Shortlist visuals and footage to be used in the video
- Create transitions, titles, graphics and other supporting materials for the video
- Correctly estimate and communicate the time and effort required to complete a task
