Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Revenue and Profit Management
- Procurement, Inventory Management and its Reporting
- Costing & Menu Pricing
- Daily QBO Management
- Overall Accounting and Financial Reporting
- Auditing our POS on regular basis
- Manage cash drawer which includes paying expenses, denomination, cash reporting
- Dependability, Decision Making, Problem Solving and Independent action
- Managing change and continuously innovating for improvement
Job Skills Requirements and Qualifications
- Candidates with an ACCA, BSc Accounts/ Finance, MBA Finance background in education and/or relevant work experience in the HORECA industry will be preferred
- Experience: - 1-2 years will be preferred
- A knack for innovation - it will help optimize the operations
- Excellent decision making, problem-solving and analytical skills
- Should be presentable with excellent communication & verbal skills
- Should have an attitude of getting things done
