We are recruiting for a salesforce business consultant who must have minimum of 10-15 years’ of technical expertise in Salesforce.com as well as deep industry expertise with an experience of solution design, strategizing, and driving innovation and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Will have system-wide responsibility on complex, integrated projects, leveraging knowledge of application development methodologies and other technologies to produce comprehensive solutions and provide direction for entire programmes, projects or project teams.
- Responsible for matching business process and automation requirements to the capabilities of salesforce.com, including data model, role hierarchy, sharing and security model
- Provide functional architecture strategy and guidance for all SFDC rollouts, Design-for-adoption strategy
- Reviews functional design for initiatives & Implement configuration standards
- Collaborate with other teams to make Salesforce insights meaningful and actionable, and participate in our knowledge-sharing culture by helping the entire team level up
- Efficiently cater for the fast-pace working environment.
- Hands-on Participation in all Salesforce development and configuration activities.
- Own the technical solution by leading and participating in Develop/Design/Improve/Document Database Models/Design/Programs, and Force.com Apex & Visualforce development
- Work proactively to remove technical debt and security vulnerabilities.
- Experience with Salesforce communities, chatter, and the Salesforce AppExchange.
- Perform software analysis, code analysis, requirements analysis, software review, identification of code metrics, system risk analysis, software reliability analysis
- Coordinate architecture and development walk-through and sign-offs, verifying with user representatives/stakeholders that software solutions and designs accurately reflect and satisfy business needs.
- Ensure design and construction meet quality standards and that the testing and operational readiness tasks are conducted and produce quality results.
- Provide an architectural solution design over the digital applications ecosystem, including back-end systems and front-end channels.
Experience:
·Experience in conducting discovery and detailed requirements workshops
· Experience in database design for applications
· Experience in documentation of high and detailed level requirements and familiarity with application of agile principles.
Skills:
Qualification:
· Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Business, or equivalent combination of education and work experience
· Certified in Salesforce.com Certifications (Administrator)
· Certified in Salesforce.com Certifications (Developer) Certified Salesforce.com Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant or Service Cloud Consultant(preferred)
· Salesforce Certified Application Architect(Preferred)
- Experience to collaborate with other teams to make Salesforce insights meaningful and actionable, and participate in our knowledge-sharing culture by helping the entire team level up
- Experience in all Salesforce development and configuration activities.
- Experience in performing software analysis, code analysis, requirements analysis, software review, identification of code metrics, system risk analysis, software reliability analysis
- Possesses excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to interface with leadership and all levels of associate
- You understand what it takes to build and support highly scalable and reliable solutions on SFDC Platform
- You know how to empower teams to drive application standards
